Overview
Medrio is a global SaaS company providing electronic data capture (EDC) solutions for clinical research. As the sole designer and developer supporting the company’s digital presence, the goal was to create and maintain a cohesive, professional web and marketing ecosystem that could scale alongside a rapidly growing organization.
The work required balancing brand consistency, technical reliability, and the evolving needs of sales, marketing, and events teams — all within a regulated, high-stakes industry.
Approach
The role extended well beyond traditional website design. I was responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Medrio’s primary website and supporting digital assets, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership.
Design decisions prioritized clarity, credibility, and usability, ensuring the site communicated trust and professionalism to enterprise clients. At the same time, the underlying structure needed to remain flexible — supporting frequent content updates, campaign launches, and global event initiatives without disruption.
In addition to web work, I supported a wide range of multimedia efforts, including interactive presentations, event microsites, digital campaigns, and print collateral — ensuring consistent brand execution across channels.
